Paneer Onion Capsicum

Ingredients –

  • Paneer 250 grms
  • Red Pepper /Capsicum 2-3 large size
  • Onions 2 medium size
  • Tomato Puree 2 tablespoon
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Oil to fry

Paneer Onion Capsicum

Method -

Wash capsicum and finely chop them in not so thin slices. Chop onions also in long slices. Take a non-stick pan, heat oil and add onions to it. Sauté till little soft and to it add capsicum, mix them well and cover the top of the pan with a lid and let it fry for about 5-7 mins on low flame. Keep checking the mixture in between. When both capsicum and onions are done add chopped tomatoes and the tomato puree and let it simmer till another 5 mins, the tomatoes will be mixed with the rest. Add all the spices and finally add paneer cubes to it and cook for 5-7 mins again on low flame. You paneer capsicum onions mix veggie is ready to serve. Goes well with boiled rice but can also be served as a side dish with dal.
