Finally I am posting my easy to make Banana Bread Recipe, I am really sorry┬áto all those who had asked for┬áthis recipe┬ámuch earlier and I just could not post it due to other commitments. All of a sudden life seems to be too busy and lots happening. I promise I will keep sharing my recipes here regularly. I am a learner and everyday I am learning something new, my kids love to have cakes,cookies,chocolates just like┬áany other┬ákid and that’s the reason┬árecipes in my KIDS RECIPES SECTION CATEGORY are improving with time:), I am trying┬ámy hands on learning all these things to the best and want to improve on my cooking skills more and more :)! ┬áRecently I baked┬á an easy banana bread for them and I am really surprised by the response at home for this bread. It is the first time┬áthat I baked any bread or cake back to back and its worth all the effortless effort :).
Honestly this is the easiest of all the recipes I have come across, no need for any hand blender just a single big bowl and its done. The Banana Bread was moist and dense, it had the unique flavor - Easy but perfect Banana Bread Recipe.
My kids┬áreally┬áloved having it and now this is one of the regular bread┬árecipes at home. Every time I bake this, my confidence level goes up and I feel finally I can also bake, though I have to also try this perfect white bread recipe from Dassana’s blog which is pending from real long. Now moving onto this wonderfully Simple Banana Bread Recipe that my friend shared with me.
Ingredients
- ÔÇó All Purpose Flour ÔÇô 1 ?¢ cup
- ÔÇó Bananas (ripped) - 3
- ÔÇó Sugar ÔÇô 1 cup
- ÔÇó Egg ÔÇô 1
- ÔÇó Butter (melted) ÔÇô 1/3 cup
- ÔÇó Vanilla Essence ÔÇô 1 teaspoon
- ÔÇó Baking Powder ÔÇô 1 ?¢ teaspoon
- ÔÇó Salt ÔÇô A pinch
Instructions
- Take a big mixing bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degree C.
- Add mashed bananas to the bowl and then butter mix well with a wooden spatula.
- Add in sugar now and mix again nicely, now add in egg and vanilla essence and give a mix with the spatula till it gets a little fluffy.
- Now add in the dry ingredients to it one by one, last to be added should be the all purpose flour.
- Apply oil on the loaf pan and dust the loaf pan with all purpose flour gently or sprinkle flour all over the pan.
- Now pour the mixture to the loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40 -45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool on a wire rack.
- Slice and serve the delicious Banana Bread.
