To all those who visit my blog, A Big Hello! It’s been long since I last shared a recipe here, apologies to my readers but things have been crazily hectic my end. I have been missing blogging big time. This is the place where I let out all my creativity and I enjoy it. This long absence, will not be longer anymore and I promise to be back with all my kitchen experiments. So please stick on.

Here is one simple and easy veg sandwich recipe for a quick meal. I make these sandwiches too often at home. My kids love eating these Paneer Sandwiches.

It’s easy and is ready in no time all you need is the basic ingredient’s to prepare these. I used Homemade Paneer for these Sandwiches.

You can add any amount of veggies of your choice along with the crumbled paneer. I have kept it simple but few veggies that can go well in this sandwiches are tomatoes, bell peppers, peas, spinach along with onions, coriander and green chillies.
